Transmission shift points out of wack?

Transmission shift points out of wack?
Two days ago I noticed that when the car was cold that the shift points on the A4 (85k miles) were off.When it reaches normal operating temp,it's fine.I checked the fluid and it's fine,was changed 6 months ago.Also.when cold,it wants to jump forward really bad when I shift into drive.Are there anything else I can check?
