Unhappy Tran's mount don't mount right.

ok, so I bought a ES and a Prothane Trans mount. The middle hole on both don't seem to want line up. It is off the hole by about 1/4 inch. should I try and get the trans to shift over and get it to line up or should I alter the crossmember to make it fit? Thanks

Can you pry the tranny over some? Mine didn't appear to line up at first but i pry'd it over and now its perfect.

I had that same problem, at first I made the mistake of drilling out some of the hole on the corssmember, then I realized I could pry the trans a little.

While your under there, you should take a look at the condition of your motormounts if the transmission is shifted over to one side. A bad motor mount can cause that.
