Trans Fluid for a TH400

I just got a TH400 built and wanted to do a trans flush, should I use a certain kind of trans fluid or just some auto zone trans fluid? Thanx!

Unless you want to go synthetic ( Redline, Royal Purple), then just use regular Dexron III.... Brands vary, but most are the same.... IE: Carquest oils are made by Valvoline..

I just bought 6 quarts of Royal Purple Trans Fluid, will I need more if I have a deep trans pan?
