Tranny & Rear End Noise (welcome to my world)

well where do i start This is My new project it's a 97M6 anyway i can hear the gears in the transmission at low speeds in 1-4 it sounds like something is loose and vibrating around....

Second - on the way home from dropping my girl off from the airport i had it in 6th around 45-50mph and i floored it and the rpms went up and the mph didn't now does this mean the clutch is going?? or should i just have droped to 4th??

third - the rear end whines from 60-80 i couldn't really hear it at 80mph but there was alot of road noise.... is there a temp fix for this before i get my new gears or is this somthing im gonna need to address before the summer rolls back around??

4Th - will a automatic poly trans mount work on the m6??

and last but not least.. the reverse lock out doesnt work on this car im not exactly positive because i was only moving like at 10mph but i can put it in reverse.. is this soposed to happen?? and if not wheres the sensor located so i can replace it and hope that it fixes the problem... the only codes on this car was a P300 misfire witch i fixed and P1657 1-4 skip shift solnoid which i have no clue why thats a problem because it works so this car needs some tlc for the time being?? sorry for all the problems/questions but i have to clue so i turn to others for help thanks guys
