I need to replace my tranny mount because, of course, it's broke and makes the tranny hit the floor under hard acceleration. I need to be sure I'm looking at the right thing, and any installation advice I can get would be a great help. The tranny mount sits on top of the crossmember, correct? and it only uses 3 bolts, right?

 

It sits on top of the crossmember. It's held into the crossmember with one bolt and the transmission with two.

 

How hard is it to install? Do I need to hold the transmission up when I take the mount off or will it support itself while sitting there?

 

its extremely easy , its recomended u have the tranny supported, i forgot that part and didnt have a problem

u remove the 4 crossmember bolts and the mount bolt, the u remove teh two bolts olding teh mount and the install is teh reverse
