Question Tranny installed, couple Q's

I just reinstalled my tranny after being rebuilt and forgot to install the dipstick before bolting the bellhousing to the block.

Is there a trick to installing this without unbolting & lowering the tranny?

When I bolted the flywheel to the tc, I swear I saw the tc come out, towards the flywheel about 1/8" to 1/4".

Should I be concerned or am I just paranoid?

Finally, and this is a stupid one, where do I pour the fluid in at? I already have nearly 2 quarts in the tc.

Thanks in advance.

As for the distance between the TC & flex plate?, it should be .090" - .125", any more and it will need to be reduced.
