tranny help!!!??please

tranny help!!!??please

ok so im changin my clutch right now and im to the point where im trying to drop my trans and everythign is unbolted but i still cant take the trans off does anyone have any idea what i can do? it looks like the clutch fork is holding it but i have no idea how to get it off now anyone know anything please help asap thanks

Grab the fork and pull it out, away from the throwout bearing, to release it.

The clutch fork on these cars is attached to the inside of the tranni, and then slides under the throw out bearing on the pressure plate. If you haven't pulled on the fork to release it from the bearing, you won't be able to get the tranni out.
