Tranny is bad/What about the converter?
I have a 700r4 that went bad because the front pump went out. It was a race tranny with alot of upgrades includeing kevlar clutches. I have a Vigilanti 4000 on it also. Is the stall bad also? I was told to flush it out and it would be ok. What should I do?

You pretty much answered your own question. Send the converter back to Precision Industries and have them go thru it. No sense in having crap from the converter taking out a fresh trans.
