Torque Converter with LT4 Hotcam?

Ok I have my LT1 rebuilt with the LT4 hotcam kit in it. I am trying to decide what I should get for a torque converter. I have the 4L60E that has been rebuilt and has a Transgo shift kit in it. Any comment or suggestions?

I have a cam that is about that size and rpm range. I am selling my 2800 Vig. and going with a 3600 Yank. But I'm looking for better track times. You should get at least a 3k stall to wake up that cam.

IF you go with a 2800ish converter let me know how it goes! Curious how the hotcam will run in my car with my 2800 yank...

If you're still selling the 2800 Vig, let me know, I'm in the market for a converter!

To the OP, I would definitely go with something in the 3,000 range. I have the stock converter with Hotacm now and he car runs fine, but performance ont he bottom end blows.

I am in the middle of a hotcam kit rebuild and i went with an Edge 3000 9.5. And it is my daily driver. I did do a lot more mods then just the hotcam though. Havent started her up yet, stuck on the damn water pump drive seal, so i cant tell you if i chose wisely.
