think i lost o/d

i think i lost 4th gear ,it seams to shift 1-2-3-4 but my rpms are way to high for my gears (2.73 ) i trun about 1900 to 2000k rpms at 55-60 .by the chart on http://www.f-body.org/gears/ i should be at 75-80 mph in 4th at said rpms . what things should i look for that could be wrong .trans a stock 95 4l60e

if it seems to be shifting fine i wouldnt look at the trans. I'd check to see if those gears have ever been replaced before. Those sound like the 3.23 gears like i used to have. I now run 3.73's, so its quite different. But unless you've owned the car from day one, id look into that issue.

idk about the gears being changed it was all stock when i got it . all shifting is frim and dead on (no slipping i can feel ) but it does not feel like there a 4th gear. it fells like it shifts but it doesn't .

hey as long as your tranyn does 3 drops its working, halfway get on it and see if it goes 1-2-3-4.. also go beside a buddy going 60 maybe yall will be going different speeds? meaning gear change with no tune throwing ur speedo off
