I have a TH400 with a full manual reverse valve and a trans brake. When the shifter is in the position for 1st the trans is in 2nd. When you shift to 2nd it remains in 2nd. Then when you shift to 3rd it shifts into 3rd. Other than that it operates fine. Do any of the trans gurus in here have any clue as to what is wrong? I dont know whether it is a problem with the valve body or the trans itself. Thanks
