i got the kit from Gm pn-8673948 and it says it is a conversion kit, it was like $21 after tax, and included in the kit is a spool vlave a red spring a housing for the spool valve and 2 other pieces and gaskets. is this the B4C package so the car dosent kick down in 4th? i just want to make sure i got the right part before i put it in... now i just have to wait till my transgo, corvette servo and .500 boost valve comes in....

also this valve is inserted in the valve body right? like i have to remove the spool valve, sleeve and spring and replace it with new one from the kit... im looking at my 87 camaro service manual and im trying to figure out which one it is so i dont have to be asking this when i have the tranny in 9 million pieces...
