TC and 373's

The question is. I want to put a torque converter on the 01 Z. I am not sure if I should go with the 3200 stall or the 2800. The car is used for cruising around town, some red light fun, and five or six track days year. I also want to put some 373’s on. Basically I want to be able to drive this baby and take the occasional road trip, but also be able to run like a scalded dog. So basically my question is:
What stall would be best?
How much stress will the 2800 or 3200 put on the tranny with a trans cooler?
And how will the two react together (373 and stall).

PS I also have a Sway Bar Question HERE

Thanks guys in advance.
