T56 transmission on dragstrip: Is a scattershield necessary?

I've been wondering about this, even now, as I get ready to finish off the 480 HP Minirammed 385. Will I need to worry about exploding clutch? I dont have any scattershield yet.

Anyone have a recommended method of containing shattered clutch?

I don't believe anyone makes a scatter shield for the T56. I have a kevlar blanket that wraps around the bell housing , but I don't think those are made any more.
