T56 rebuild?

Who all here has had one rebuilt? what parts did ya'll go with?
syncros: d&d, stock, or what else is there?
also shift forks(sliders) 3&4, reverse stock or aftermarket?
whetever else you can think of also, while I'm in there. Or should it just go back to stock parts?

Thanks,
Luke

I went with D&D.. Lowest prices and original parts.

Im actually buying a Viper t56 from them tomorrow.. and selling my D&D rebuilt transmission.

I have a steel 3-4 shift for in it too.. Also a shifter like Pro 5.0 with adjustable stops will help save your shift forks from bending under hard shifts.
