T56 Grinds when speed shifting into 2nd?

HI,
I just finished my T56 swap into my 94 B4C and I am having a problem with it grinding when I speed shift into 2nd. If I shift it slow and easy it never grinds, but as soon as I rip into it, it grinds a little but always goes in gear. I am thinking either the synrcos or the shift fork, but Im not a tranny guy. So I will leave it up to the oppinions of people who know. Also it hard to get it into reverse. And I have to push the clutch all the way to the floor to shift fast or it doesnt go into gear. Is there any kind of adjustment on the slave cylender? Im not an extramly tall guy so this makes it difficult to race. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks a million

Maybe your not shifting quick enough? How many mile's are on the tranny? I mean it shouldn't grind but then again it's not like the tranny was designed to speed shift so i could grind a lil depending on the miles.

your clutch isnt full disengaging when you shift, you need to get some adjustable hydraulics or maybe there is air in your lines.

Thanks a million for all your help, I am shifting quick enough, it doesnt matter how fast or how slow I shift it if im trying to bang gears and get on it, I push the clutch all the way to the floor and bam!! grinding. I am going to bleed the slave today and see how that works and also get prices on replacing the syncros. Thanks again guys.
