sorry guts but a guy down the street from me just gave me an offer for $700 for tranny and clutch (20k mi on it) is this a good price to let it go at

Well I can't do any better than that for now. 700 is kinda cheap if it's in good cond. w/decently low miles. You might be able to get more, have you seen what they go for on Ebay latley?
