switching to auto, which tranny to get ?
So i finally decided to put a spool in the back and an auto up front 
it was a hard decision .. but its that time now!!!
so im trying to decide which tranny to build up and put in my car (for drag racing) .. and what options / build specs to use . (im next to clueless when it comes to autos) ..
should i build up a th350 ? th400 ? 4L80E ?
what should i do for a flywheel ?
which converter to go with ? vigilante ? (im thinking 3500)
whats a manual valve body !?
do i need a scatter sheild on top of my sfi bellhousing ?!

edit: what kind of money am i looking at by the time i get a bulletproof tranny, sfi housing, converter, shifter, cooler .. etc
