strange shifting problem

strange shifting problem
I can upshift from 4th to 5th fine, but I cannot downshift into 5th from 6th. When down shifting I have to pull it back into fourth and them push it up into 5th.
No grinding. It just will not go into gear...I was thinking the reverse lockout might be catching it for some reason? I dunno...any idea's?
