strange 3.73's

went to thunderracing and they have some strange pro street 3.73's for 225$. is this a good deal or should i go with another brand? thanks in advance

The price isn't bad, but I don't think it really matters in the long run. 7 5/8 ring gear is just too small to handly any type of real load. I've had 3.73 Motive, Richmond and Strange all break teeth with my A4.

ishz28 is right. If you are just looking to change the gear ratio than go for it, but it will not be any stronger. (This last part is my opinion and may not be agreed with by others) They may actually tend to be weaker due to the fact that you will probably romp on it harder since you will have that extra low end torque 'FEEL' that I am sure you will enjoy. Since you will probably start launching harder and more often you will put more strain on these gears and probably wear them out faster. More of a tendency to how you will start to drive it than the quality of the gears.
