I have a poly mount on mine.
I like it but I am used to the vibrations it can induce.
If your having problems breaking mounts then the poly is the way to go.
you can pick up a poly bushing at your local parts store, I got mine at autozone.

Well i bought my poly mount because the stock one from GM is about 40 bucks.:blah:
I did a search and found a thread on how to install it but now im just wondering if anyone has any pics of the install? I dotn think it will take me more than 30 minutes or so but i would just like to see how it looks before and after so i have an idea of what mine should look like when im done.

ehhhhh....an fbody owners hardest decision, haha. I went with the poly mount. Takes come getting used to. But BOY, if you have an aftermarket clutch and go in reverse and dont have the rpms high enough, be ready for a earthquake

I have a poly one and it vibrated like crazy at first but then it was just like the stock one. I think I paid a little over $20 for mine. Installing it is easy, just unbolt it, jack the trans up just enough to get it out and replace the old one with the new.

I'd suggest the 1LE mount; stiffer than stock but doesn't vibrate like the poly one. I removed my poly mount after the discussion about improper spacing causing a shift in the tranny angle. The poly mount was designed to fit the 3rd Gen.
