I was told that it was a centerforce clutch...The PP that was given to me does say centerforce but I'm thinking that this is a stock disk...

 

doesnt look stock, well for my year anyways... my stock disks springs were not blue/green

 

Is that a used disc? It looks used. Also looks pretty close to stock.

I wouldn't put a used disc in there. If you're going through all the trouble to pull the tranny and change the clutch, get a new disc and have the peace of mind. The PP isn't so big a deal for being used, in fact you can have it resurfaced just like the flywheel.

 

Bone stock disk, no doubt. Looks to have bad chatter.

 

I actually found out it's a centerforce disk. Bought a new one form jegs, got it yesterday and it's the exact same.
