i posted this question in LT1 tech and didn't really get any concrete responses...will the engine start with the tranny out and the wiring disconnected? do we need to hook up some or all of the wiring so the starter circuit will engage with pressing of the clutch pedal?

i'm gonna try this in about 4 hours, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
