I installed a Vig 3200 in my LT1 this weekend. The difference is amazing but I have one question. Every once in a while when I stop at a light the engine will start to rev. It doesnt do it every time and it usually only does it after I have been sitting there for about 30 seconds. The only thing I can really compare it to is "bucking" a manual tranny. It will rev from idle to about 1800 RPM 3 or 4 times and then settle down. Any ideas?

I can recreate this by lightly tapping the gas and letting off if that helps any.
