spec stage 3 probs

My clutch has been making werid sounds. I put in a spec stage 3 and it was good for a few days then it started shaking the car. I can hear the clutch engage and disengage and it shakes the whole car (does it at idle and while driving). Now if I push the clutch pedal in maybe 3/4 a INCH the vibrations go away and it rides good...WTF is going on? It isnt normal clutch chatter so that is outa the question...I called spec and they said sounds like something is loose. I myself think it is the throw out bearing. Anyone else have any thoughts?

thanks
bush

dunno.. sounds like something is misbalanced.
The clutch doens't make noise when pushed in (engaged)?
When out, it's disengaged.. you're just spinning it and the flywheel.

I've got a stage 3 also.. not terribly happy with it. IT will squeek when taking off slowly, chatters in reverse. I've got an SLP flywheel which only makes it worse.

make sure the tranny bolts that go to the bellhousing are tight.

mine would shake in nuetral too until i pushed the clutch in a little bit..and while i was driving.

got under it to look around and i could move the tranny like 1/2 inch both ways.

that fixed my problems...
