Just got a spec billet flywheel and clutch today. I'm wondering if the flywheel is neutrally balanced or is it balanced to stock specs?? It's got something on the back of the flywheel that I'm assuming is weights, it has 3 allen bolts bolting it to the flywheel. If these are weights do they make it neutral or stock specs?? Anybody know??
