Exclamation Sluggish 1-2 shift....AFTER REBUILD!

So heres the deal. i just had my trans rebuilt about a month ago with ALL brand new parts(spent $800 in just hard parts to go in trans) and it has always shifted like a **** goin into second as in i could chirp the tires at like 2500 rpm even when the trans blew(lost 3-4 clutches). So i got it back and still the same but stronger shift Last night i left work and it just feels like a normal car shifting into second so i waited to drive it this morning and does the same damn thing. It was built by the guy who does our trans for our towing company and i put everything from the full eagle red alto cluthches all servos upgraded, beast sunshell, hardened input shaft, etc......i just need some input on what could have caused this or what is causing it? And it seems to be only the 1-2 shift cuz the 3-4 shift seems more powerful than the 1-2.
