Slave cylinder pushrod bent.

What causes the slave cylinder pushrod to get bent? Anyone else had this happen? It still works fine. It's a stock clutch.

If the slave push rod does not seat properly in the clutch fork detent during installation it can be bent. Been there..done that before.
