Skip shift delete

I was just browsing SLP's catalog and saw a skip shift eliminator for my 97 LT1 M6, I am thinking about buying it, has anyone used one before, if so , how did it work and how hard was the installation?

Re: Skip shift delete

takes longer to jack the car up than to install it.

locate the plug connector on the trans, unplug it. plug the skip shift unit into the plug and ziptie it out of the way.
this picture should help

lower the car and you're done

option #2

check out the $1 skip shift mod on the bottom of this page
