I have a 02 35th anniversary Z28. It has the six speed in it. It has 53 thousand on the clock. I got it when it had 37 thousand. Lately it has been acting up on me. After racing it does, not immediatly though. Like 20 miles later. First problem was rolled up to a stop sign and approached it in 4th gear, stopped normally, pushed in the clutch and applied the brakes, still had it in 4th. Well when I went to shift up into first, I couldnt get it out of gear. I had to use both hands and barely got it outa 4th. Then bout a week later I took off from a stop sign racing, 5500 rpm dumped the clutch,smoked first, squeled second and barked third. let up in fourth, shifte up into 6th after that, and continued on normally. Well after that, immediatly after that, in nuetral there was a weird vibration in neutral. All the gears engaged fine but in neutral felt like the gears were tryin to mesh. Just a weird feeling vibration. Was wonderin if it might be the synchros messin up on me?? Any help would be appreciated!!!
