Whats up yall, when I'm driving in 6th and try to down shift into 5th I cant, I have to shift into 3rd or 4th and then shift into 5th. Does anyone have any clue with whats up on my car?
By the way the previous owner but a new clutch in about a year ago and all the gears shift fine, when I shift from 1-2-3-4-5-6 they all feel good. Thanks.

 

sure your not pushing too far maybe into the reverse grid? sit in the car with it off and push in the clutch and see if you can do it.

 

you're probably trying to go into reverse unintentionally
you better thank those gm engineers that make reverse locked out above 3mph or whatever
