I removed my trans (and shifter) to install a new clutch and ever since i reinstalled the transmission will not engage in 5th or 6th when the shifter is pushed all the way to the right side. It feels like it is too far past the point where the shifter will engage. I have to bring the shifter back to the left about 1cm before it will allow me to shift in 5th or 6th. Its a stock shifter any ideas?
