s60 issues??

I just put in my s60 everything went smooth and perfect great set up and easy as pie to install. So i get to the driveing part. When i start driving 1st -3rd gear are fine when it shifts to 4th it feels like the brakes are applied?? But if you give it gas to maintain speed and manualy put it in 3rd it stops doing it. It is a 3 chan abs but the abs is inop for now because of a wireing harness on the front so i dont see that being the problem. the other is that i went from 342s to 373s but i dont know how that could cause it either. Any help would be appriciated.

Thank you

If the car drives fine in 1st thru 3rd then I don't think you have a rear end problem.

yea i think it may have to lie in the tuning for the gears and shift points.
