i'm not sure, but a disk, pressure plate, both bearings, AND a flywheel for 285 is very cheap. usually, this kind of price would reflect on the quality

Check the links above. thats the SLP clutch kit. Prolly the best Daily Driver Bang for your buck clutch. i went with it and it works good.
Check on ebay for "SLP Clutch" because New Era Performance Parts usually has them listed for 330$ for the kit.

I think they have different bell housings. I know they have different flywheels as well. Either way their not interchangable.

need to use the search feature a bit more...yes they are both "T-56"'s, but they clutch setups and input shafts are different.
