Remove crossmember bolts or tranny mount bolt?

I just need to move my tranny out far enough to reach a wrench in there and tighten the pivot bolt down. Do I have to drop the crossmember or can I just remove the mount and move the tranny back?

note: My y-pipe is blocking access to the bolts on the driver side of the crossmember, so I want to avoid having to take the y-pipe down. (Although it would be cool to hear my car with open headers)
