rearend work on 10-bolt.....
Hey guys, next week I will be replacing my pinion seal and outer axle bearings on my stock rearend. What else would be a good idea to inspect/replace while I'm back there?
I understand the having no money, my major parts are only purchased once a year. Thats how long it takes me to save up some of the money and the rest is tax return. Bought both my TH400 and my 12 bolt this way one year apart.
But you are just putting a band aid on the problem. Any money you put into the 10 bolt is just throwing it away in my opinion.
Ok now that thats out of the way you could also install a rear girdle and do not put sticky tires on it. Traction is what will kill your rear end.
Unfortunately traction is what you need to win races.
