Rear end thunk concerns

My 95 Z w/ 102k Has a rear end clunking sound. ive found where. If you move the car side to side on the passenger rear its the axle behind the brake caliper. How concerned should be?

It is very typical and normal for a c-clip rear end axle to have up to 3/16" of end play.
