Rear end noise

Ok so I have been dealing with this real annoying noise coming from the rear end. It would sound like tire rub on right hand turns between coast and throttle. If I take it out of gear I still get same noise, it seems to only go away when I give it gas or if I idle around right handers. does not make any noise turning left. I have looked under the car around the tires and no rub marks ect... I have opened up the rear diff, and everything seems good with only minor metallic goop on the magnet. I did not see any chips on any sides of the teeth and the wear pattern looks good. when I turn the wheel I hear a slight scratch inside the torsen worm gears. Could this be the source? IDK I changed the fluid and slapped her back together and still the noise.

Re: Rear end noise

Do you maybe have a bad wheel/axle bearing?
Something else they do is that the c-clips grind into the diff a little and increase the clearance which lets the axle move in and out a bit so the rotor could be grinding on the caliper or something - you might have to look around a bit for clues.

Re: Rear end noise

would c-clip eliminators solve the problem if they are it?
