Question Rear end- 12bolt,9inch, or 10bolt with upgrades??

If i'm making 400hp hoping for 600 in the next few years, what should i do with the as end? What is it that fails when the thing goes? Will a 10 bolt with a locker or Eaton diff and Moser axles handle this for life? Is the housing of the 9inch or 12 bolt the strength to which holds it all together? wHICH PART IS THE WEAK LINK? thankz.
Oh ya, T56 and what does m6 mean?

Even a worked over 10 bolt wont survive hard launches with M6 and slicks for long. The strongest is a spooled 9", which has the biggest ring gear at 9", lower pinion gear engagement and 3 pinion bearings. The 12 bolt has a 8.875" ring gear with no c-clip axles for the performance/aftermarket ones. The 10 bolt has a 7.5" ring with c-clip axles which are small at 27 spline.
