Re-Installation of Rebuilt 4L60E?
How many quarts of transmission oil will I need and what brand do you recommend? What else will I need to do after we stick the tranny and torque converter back up there?
Depending on converter size, tranny cooler, etc. I'd get 12 to err on the safe side. Other than that you should be good to go. I'm assuming you have a new filter and what not.
Any brand will do. Just don't use synthetic. I just used regular autozone brand. Sucks when you spend $40 on oil and have to pull the tranny and drain it again a day after you install it.

Why'd you have to drain it again?
You won't need anything else, you're good to go.
I had to pull it because I reinstalled and it still slipped. The tranny builder chipped one of the seals whenever he installed the kit. So I had to pull it again and have him fix it.
