Question RE: How to tune diablosport for new Converter?

Please help!! I'm getting ready to install a TCI 3500 Torque Converter on my 2000 Camaro Z28 and was wondering what settings should I use on the diablosport?

Mods:
B&M Transcooler
TB Spacer
SLP Cold Air Kit
Pulleys
diablosport
slp bellow
NX- 150 shot
SLP Loudmouth Exhaust
varam velocity stack (which doesn't work well with aftermarket cold air kit)
stock rearend gears

Should I make line pressure firm (I have it firm (6))
Do I need a shift kit?? Or will the diablosport be suffice enough??
Please let me know what my settings should be??
