Quick question-help choose clutch

Iam converting my a4 to an m6 and need suggestion on clutch to get. Iam having a new eaton posi and 4:10 gears installed at the same time as the m6 conversion and was wondering what clutch kit you all would recommend. I plan on using it for mostly cruising and the occasional street race. I was thinking either the SLP clutch kit or the spec stage 2. Whats your suggestions? The tranny iam getting has an aftermarket clutch disk already but not sure about the pressure plate or anything... so i might just buy a new clutch kit.
Future plans for the car are just boltons so no huge power increases.

Thanks!!

because you not going crazy with mods, i would go with an SLP..it will be less harsh on the 10 bolt with 4:10's..Specs have gotten alot of reviews for not lasting long. I went with a SLp and i like it...doesnt grab as nearly as much as the Spec does, but it holds up well on the street

Re: Quick question-help choose clutch

is eaton the best posi unit if one is putting in a new one? or zex or auburn better? the price is about the same I guess? I have a spec 4 behind a stout ws6 and it's rough but fun as hell especially with 4.10 gears in it.

The eaton was recommended to me but i havent had it installed yet so i dunno how it would hold up to higher horsepower motors. Mine is fairly stock with boltons so i dont think ill be putting to much stress on it...

Re: Quick question-help choose clutch

Just got my car back a few days ago with the Eaton posi-trac and 4:10 gears installed. Its brutal on take-off and will light the tires every time but once it grips it pulls MUCH harder than with the other gears. As for the eaton, no problems and lays 2 rubber strips just like it should
