I have been searching for pressure plate bolts for my 93 Z28, i have no had no luck with GM, summit, jegs, Mcleod Racing, and several salvage yards. Has anyone located a source for these? The only really lead ive seen is a post mentioning a Fastenal bolt with part number, has anyone used these with success?? The shop installing the clutch wanted to avoid generic type bolts..they requested OEM style, but i have warned them it might be the fastenal bolts or nothing. thanks.

 

Ive used fastenal several times for bolts, there great for hard to find bolts.. for example i needed one with left handed threads. I bought my flywheel bolts from summitracing, they are made by ARP and are a better grade bolt than stock, make sure you use threadlocker, RED high strengh.

I just ordered a set as I just exploded a SPEC Stage 3 Friday...

 

I called jegs several days ago...they told me they did not list any..but i did see them listed online but im guessing they havent taken them off their site yet. i also went straight to the source Mcleod and they said they no longer have them.
