possible torque converter problems?

'97 3.8 Camaro, A4.

As of a few days ago, I've noticed that if I'm at a light (or a stop) and then I let off the brake, I feel this... "cyclic" (?) vibration coming from what feels like the rear of the car. Once I give it gas, or if I put the car in neutral or park, it goes away. Someone suggested problems with the TC, but I just wanted to see what everyone else thought. Thanks

Re: possible torque converter problems?

Flexplate might have cracked. Does it make a ting/ping metal noise?

Re: possible torque converter problems?

Could be a mount then. Check the transmission mount and torque arm mount.
