Hey y'all --

I have a 1998 V6 Automatic. Lately, I have noticed when I accelerate from 45 mph to 55 mph the car feels like it strains to pick up that amount of speed, and also the RPM hand (or whatever you want to call it) kind of jumps around a little bit. Is this a sign of anything serious? What could I do to fix it?

Sounds like a fuel or spark problem. Tune up time + new fuel filter.
