Pinion Angle?

I am putting a moser 9" under my 94 Z. while doing this I am also installing a Random Tech. Adjustable Tq. Arm and G2 adjustable lower control arms with LCA Reloc. Brackets.
Just curious what I should set my pinion angle to and how to find out what it actually is. My tq. arm did not come with a gauge, so do I need to buy one, or is there another way.
The car will be a street car with occasional drag use if that matters.
Thanks
Stevie

Re: Pinion Angle?

If you're not going to drag race hard (ie no slicks) I would put the Pinion Angle neutral - 0 degrees. Negative PA is really only there to account for suspension wrap up and flex when launching very hard. Generally speaking - Flimsy suspension components - crank in some negative PA Stiff components (Torque Arm, LCAS's, etc) less pinion angle. Contrary to some beliefs, Pinion Angle does not help traction. I know I'll get flamed for that one! Fire away
