Pilot Bushing or Throw out Bearing???

I have a noise in my T56 which sounds like a dry bearing being spun.
When the tranny is cool, there is no noise, once it is warm, I can hear the noise when I try to down shift, or when the clutch is completely to the floor.
Last night I was able to get the sound to stay constant as I rolled and stopped on my drive way. Sound was there until I released the clutch. So I am sure it is not in my transmission, as that would have not been spinning.
I have about 4k miles on a new RAM Clutch, and throw out bearing. I am pretty sure the shop replaced my Pilot bushing when they had the engine there for rebuild, and resurface of the fly wheel.

Would that pilot bushing cause a sound like a dry bearing ( or worn bearing) or should I look into trying to source a new throw out bearing too? As much fun as that can be.

I am pretty sure it is just a bushing pilot and not a bearing type pilot

A pilot bushing should stop making noise with the clutch let out. Throw out bearings should change pitch when slightly pushing clutch in. I ALWAYS use bearings with alittle bit of synthetic grease.
