Performabuilt - 4L60E level 2 TC issues?

I have a 94 Camaro Z28 with a level 2 performabuilt 4L60E
Was installed at a shop due to me only having a dirt driveway

What i know: The TC stoped locking up on occasion about 2 months ago, but the car has been down a little after that due to me rebuilding the entire front end. Back on the road and now its still doing it.
What it does:
Sometimes while driving (the speed limits 55-75) the TC will not lock, w/ or w/out Cruse Controll on ( i use it alot!), and it goes up a tiny hill and the tac will go up to keep speed. About 500-700 RPM

Sometimes it will be perfect, and even throttlin the gas peddle it stays locked.

I have a laptop with all the programs to edit/read record all of the reqired information to diagnose.

What should i look for? Should i Make a file or 2 when it works and when it doesnt and see if you guys can tell if its just some kind of electronic/senser issue?

Tranny has NEVER went even the slightest bit low on fluid, and it seems to smell/look fine. (will take some from the stick on a white cloth and take a pic of it if need-be)
It shifts perfectly still, i only raced it down a track 3 times.
Thanks everyone!!

Well the fact it locks sometimes right would indicate the trans and converter are doing there job and its unlikey a trans or converter issue. I dont know if the 94 had missfire detection but that is a possibility and will cause loss of lockup intermitantly,
I would look at the data log. However if you want to determine if the trans/converter it self can stay locked . Tap into the TAN WIRE WITH BLACK STRIPE in harness run it to a switch and then to ground . When you turn the switch on this will force lockup no matter what. if it locks and stays locked that way you most certainly have a tuning issue is some sort.
Note this will cause a tcc solenoid code to set but will do no harm.
