Test drove a 98 Camaro 3.8L V6 5spd 73K miles. Only thing i noticed was a slight vibration in the clutch pedal when partially depressed, and in the shifter when sitting in neutrel. While driving all was good.
Something to look into further or no?

Nope....there usually will be some vibration felt with the pedal slightly depressed. I mean a little...very little. You should feel some vibrations in the shifter....so long as the engine is running. If anything, I would say tranny and/or motor mounts....but I wouldn't be overly concerned about it.

 

The pedal and shifter vibration wasnt real bad. It was the 1st time a drove manual transmission 4th gen, so I wasnt sure if it might even be normal.

 

If it's real bad, I'd say a few fingers on the PP might be bent. Thats about the only thing I can think of that would make it do that.
