Offset rear axle bearings

Sounds like I have a rear bearing that's messed up. I've run the car for a while like this trying to figure out where the noise was coming from, so I'm expecting the axles to be screwed. Where can I get some offset bearings? Does the dealer have this kind of stuff?

TIA

I think you can probably get a set from a parts store. Ask for "axle-saver" bearings.
